Canned Cherries

Prepare cherries.

Wash the cherries and remove their stems.
3.
Boil the cleaned glass bottle with hot water.

Add water to the pot. Add rock sugar, boil to melt the rock sugar completely.

Pour the cherries and boil for seven or eight minutes.

Take out the glass bottle boiled in hot water and put it into the boiled canned cherries, put it in the water together with the bottle and cook for about 5 minutes. Cover the bottle while it is hot and turn off the heat. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator for storage.
Tips:
1. Be careful when boiling glass bottles to prevent glass bottles from bursting.
2. Don't boil the cherries for a long time, otherwise they will be boiled and they will not look good.
3. It is best to use rock sugar, try not to use white sugar.
4. After the canned cherries cool down, the bottle cap will sink. If the cap is raised, it is not edible.
