Canned Strawberry

Remove the stalks of the strawberries and wash them.

Put it in a saucepan and add a handful of rock sugar.
3.
Pour another bowl of water.
4.
Turn the high heat to a low heat, and cook until the rock sugar melts and the soup begins to thicken. Turn off the heat.
5.
Put it in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator for more than two hours.
