Sydney washed and cut into pieces

Put the Sydney pear in a saucepan and add some water and rock sugar

Bring to a boil and simmer for about ten minutes, turn off the heat

Turn off the heat and pour it into a glass bottle while it is still hot

Cover with a lid to cool down naturally
6.
After cooling, put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours
7.
