Canned Yellow Peach
1.
The yellow peaches are washed, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks.
2.
Prepare a clean basin, put some rock sugar on the bottom, spread yellow peach pulp, sprinkle the remaining rock sugar, and add a small amount of water.
3.
Put it in a steamer, cover the pot, turn on high heat, turn to medium heat and steam for about 20-25 minutes after the water is boiled, and steam until the flesh is soft and firm.
4.
After steaming, immediately take out the basin and let it cool naturally.
5.
After cooling thoroughly, put it in a can and keep it in a sealed container
6.
It can be eaten after cooling, but the taste is better after refrigeration!
7.
It's delicious and can't stop mouth 😊
Tips:
1. Choose yellow peaches with particular attention. You can't choose too ripe or soft, otherwise it will be too rotten after steaming, which will affect the taste.
2. The amount of sugar cannot be reduced too much, because sugar can act as a preservative, and canned yellow peaches can be kept longer. The reduction of sugar will also affect the juice output.
3. If you use a large piece of rock candy, pat it with the back of a knife before steaming, so that it will easily melt when steaming. Or according to my method, put a large piece of rock candy on the bottom, which is easier to melt.
4. The steaming time is adjusted according to the size of your cuts.
5. It is not necessary to add water before steaming, the fruit pulp will naturally be juicy when steaming, please operate according to your own preference.
6. The canned container should be scalded and disinfected with boiling water.
