Prepare the ingredients

Tips:
1. Use a little bit more oil to stir-fry the pho. The oil should be heated enough before putting the pho to the pan, so that it will not stick to the pan.
2. When frying the pho, stir fry quickly. Don't cook it for too long. It will break the pho if it takes too long.
