Cantonese Roast Duck

Prepare ingredients (salt, butter, sweet chili sauce, white wine, black pepper)

After the duck is washed, drain the water, pour the white wine and spread it evenly

Add salt, grind in black pepper and spread well

Add sweet chili sauce and spread evenly, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for more than 12 hours

Then pick it up and put it in a baking tray, and pour half of the melted butter (not a non-stick baking tray with tin foil)

Bake the penultimate layer for 30 minutes after preheating the oven at 200 degrees

After taking it out, pour half of the butter and put it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes before it is out of the oven
