Cantonese Shrimp Dumpling King

Remove the shell of the prawns, cut into two pieces, take a small part of the prawns and chop into prawn paste for later use

Mix the diced rice noodles with the shrimp meat and the shrimp paste, add a small amount of chicken essence, salt, and a large amount of vegetable oil and stir well (if you like the filling to be more tender and smooth, you can add some chopped fat lard)

Roll the dough into a round shape, and make shrimp dumplings in the same way as dumplings. Don't put too much stuffing, because the shrimp will expand when heated, and too much wrap will break the skin.

Bring the steamer to a boil, put the shrimp dumplings on the carrot slices
