Cantonese Style Barbecued Pork Sauce Noodles

Wash the ingredients

Cut and set aside

Pour oil in the wok, set aside when the oil is hot, leave a little base oil to saute the shallots, garlic and pepper

Tips:
1. Mixed noodles, the noodles are better to be hardened and delicious
2. Cooling water quickly can make the noodles more chewy
