Cantonese Style Steamed Sea Bass

Kill the perch well, remove the scales and clean it up

Make a few cuts on both sides of the fish, rub some salt and put ginger slices and marinate for 10 minutes

Ginger and shallots are ready

Boil the water in a steamer, put the sea bass and steam for 10 minutes

Tips:
The sea bass must be steamed alive to be delicious, and the steaming time must not exceed 10 minutes, otherwise the taste will be bad.
