Caper Mashed Meat

Chop the lean meat into puree for later use.
Chop the morning peppers, capers, green peppers and chives.

Put a small amount of vegetable oil in a pot and heat it until small bubbles appear.

Add the mashed meat and fry the mashed meat with a vegetable spoon.

When the mashed meat is slightly brown, add the chili and green onion.

Tips:
No skill, don’t stir fry for too long, the capers will harden, just don’t stick to the pan~
