Pork mashed capers should be a more suitable ground-fried stir-fry in the scorching summer. The method is simple. It is a good choice with rice, porridge, pasta and rice noodles!
I just had marinated tamarind beans at home, so I just served an appetizing side dish~
Good for all ages.

Ingredients

Caper Mashed Meat

1. Chop the lean meat into puree for later use.
Chop the morning peppers, capers, green peppers and chives.

2. Put a small amount of vegetable oil in a pot and heat it until small bubbles appear.

3. Add the mashed meat and fry the mashed meat with a vegetable spoon.

4. When the mashed meat is slightly brown, add the chili and green onion.

5. Stir fragrant chili and green onion, add capers, stir fry for a minute on medium-high heat.

6. Add green peppers and stir fry with appropriate amount of salt.

7. Stir-fry until the green peppers change color, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and add a small amount of chicken essence.

Tips:

No skill, don’t stir fry for too long, the capers will harden, just don’t stick to the pan~
