1. Ingredients: capers, tenderloin, ginger and garlic, millet pepper (or red dried chili) Condiments: sesame oil, black pepper powder, oil consumption, light soy sauce, vegetable oil, chicken powder, salt, cooking wine (missing)

3. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, black pepper, and salt to the minced meat

4. Stir evenly and marinate for about 10 minutes
