Capers with Minced Meat

Ingredients: capers, tenderloin, ginger and garlic, millet pepper (or red dried chili) Condiments: sesame oil, black pepper powder, oil consumption, light soy sauce, vegetable oil, chicken powder, salt, cooking wine (missing)

Tenderloin minced

Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, black pepper, and salt to the minced meat

Stir evenly and marinate for about 10 minutes

Cowpea Cut Rings

Millet pepper cut into rings, minced ginger and garlic

Heat the pot, add a proper amount of oil, and stir-fry the marinated minced meat until the meat is discolored and separated, set aside

Saute the minced ginger garlic and chili with the remaining oil

Pour in the chopped cowpeas and change the heat to low heat and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
10.
Stir the minced meat evenly in the pan
11.
Add a small amount of light soy sauce, fuel consumption
12.
Pour sesame oil out of the pot

The capers have salt, please add salt as appropriate
