Capers with Minced Meat

Wash and chop capers, and chop red pickled peppers.

Mince ginger, slice garlic, mince meat and set aside.
3.
Heat the pan, add the fatty meat and stir fry to get the oil.

Add minced garlic and minced ginger, sauté until fragrant, add a spoonful of cooking wine and a spoonful of light soy sauce.
5.
Add capers.
6.
Stir-fry evenly with a little water, cover and simmer for five minutes.
