Capers with Minced Meat

Prepare the raw materials

Rinse the sour cowpea with water and soak for a while

Tips:
1. Sour cowpea is relatively salty, so use clean water to clean the bubbles and get rid of some of the salt;
2. Sour cowpea is full of flavour, so there is no salt in the minced meat and there is no need for much seasoning;
3. When frying minced meat, the oil temperature should not be too high, so as not to fry it easily;
4. Stir-fry sour cowpea and minced meat for a while to fully absorb the flavor.
