The combination of creamy caramel sauce and honey red beans brings a perfect encounter between Chinese and Western ingredients~~

There is one more special thing, it's thick~~

If the baking time is shorter, the final taste will be similar to a soft cookie, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

If it takes longer, then the finished product will give you another different experience.

The crispy and sandy taste can definitely add to the cake!

In short, it depends on everyone's own preferences~~
(The following amount can make about 16 biscuits of 1.5cm square)"

Tips:

1. Honey red beans should be coated with dry powder in advance and then sift out the excess dry powder. The powder must not be too much, just a thin layer is enough, mainly to separate the honey beans;

2. All kinds of powder must be mixed well in advance, and can be sieved 1~2 times to ensure the baking powder and salt are evenly distributed;

3. The butter does not need to be softened, it can be used directly after taking it out of the refrigerator;

4. Because the creamy caramel sauce made by each person has a different consistency, you can finally add some milk to adjust it according to the dry humidity of the dough. Or you can adjust the amount of butter caramel sauce directly. I used the recipe of ph cream caramel sauce, which was very delicious;

5. This time I borrowed the method of making English muffins and used multiple folds to achieve a crispy texture. The specific number of times, I personally think that 2~3 times is almost the same. For stuffed stuff like me, 2 times is fine;

6. The dough cake must not be pressed too thin, a thicker one will have a better taste;

7. The baking time should be adjusted according to the actual situation. If you like the taste of soft cookies, cut the biscuit chunks appropriately, or reduce the baking time;

8. The roasted red beans will be slightly hard. But it is very harmonious when matched with the rustling taste of the biscuit itself. If you don’t like it, you can replace it with dried cranberries, raisins, etc.
