Caramel Walnut Pudding

Put a small piece of butter in the pan and heat it over a low heat; after the butter has melted, add the walnuts and stir fry over a low heat;
Stir-fry the walnuts slightly dry, add white sugar; stir-fry until the sugar melts and the peach kernels are evenly colored, turn off the heat, let cool and set aside;

Add fine granulated sugar to the egg mixture and beat until the color turns white; sift in the flour and stir evenly;
Then add whipped cream and continue to beat evenly; pour the pudding liquid into a container with walnut kernels, preheat the oven at 200 degrees, bake the middle layer for about 18 minutes, sift a little powdered sugar to decorate before eating
Tips:
1. After the sugar is added, be sure to stir-fry on a low heat, and the peach kernels are easy to batter.
2. The peach kernels can be turned off after being evenly hung, and it will be bitter if they are fried for too long;
3. The pudding liquid must be beaten until it is even and smooth. If you want a delicate taste, you can sift it once;
4. The baking temperature and time depend on your own oven, just bake it until it is colored.
