Caramelized Coconut Milk Sago
1.
Ingredients: coconut milk, fragrant pears, brown sugar, cherry tomatoes, sago (already cooked).
2.
Add brown sugar to water, pour it into the pot at a ratio of 1:1, boil it on high heat, and then boil it on low heat.
3.
Boil it into caramel in a silky state.
4.
The fruit is cut into small pieces. I didn’t peel the fragrant pears. In order to preserve the nutrients, I just need to clean them.

Place the cherry tomatoes in a circle along the bottom of the cup.
6.
Then put in the fragrant pear and other remaining fruit pieces, leaving 3 or 4 slices of cherry tomatoes for decoration.
7.
Spoon a few spoons of caramel on the fruit.
8.
Put sago in.
9.
Add coconut milk to finish.
10.

Tips:
The cooking method of brown sugar caramel is the same as that of white sugar, and the time is much shorter than that of white sugar. You can boil more caramel at a time and store it in the refrigerator. The amount of caramel added depends on your sweet taste.
