Carob Shredded Pork Topped with Rice Noodles

Prepare all materials.

Cut the green beans into sections with a hob.

Tips:
1. Rice noodles I use Jiangxi rice noodles. It is easier to cook after soaking overnight. I cook it for two minutes.
2. The rice noodles are boiled and then used in cold water to make the taste more chewy. Finally, boil them with boiling water to eat them hot. If you like to eat cold, you can omit it.
3. The kidney beans must be cooked thoroughly, otherwise they will be poisoned.
4. The shredded pork came out the day before, and it is cooked, so it should not be too long during frying, otherwise the meat will become old and affect the taste.
