Carp, Radish and Tofu Soup

Remove the scales and gills of the crucian carp, clean and drain

Cut tofu and blanch it

Pick up and drain

Wash the radish, peel and slice for later use

Slice ginger, cut green onion and garlic into sections

Heat the pan and add a little oil to fry the carp until golden on both sides

Add green onion, garlic, ginger and some boiling water

Boil the soup on high heat for 10-15 minutes to turn white

Add tofu cubes

Add radish slices

Cook until the radishes are cooked through and add some salt

Add garlic leaves and coriander for fragrant and ready to cook

Tips:
1 Fry the fish until golden on both sides
2 After the fish is fried, water needs to be heated
3 It takes about 15 minutes to boil the soup on high heat for the first ten minutes before it turns white
