Carp Shredded Radish

Clean the crucian carp first, soak up the moisture with a kitchen paper towel, then peel the white radish and cut into silk.

Heat the pan, add oil, and fry the crucian carp until golden on both sides

Then add sliced ginger, green onion, cooking wine, water, bring to a boil over high heat, add shredded radish, and cook for about half an hour on medium and low heat.

Before serving, season with salt and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
