Carrot and Broad Bean Stir-fry

Wash the broad beans and drain the water for later use.

Peel the carrots, wash and cut into pieces, remove the red peppers, wash and cut into pieces.
3.
Heat the pan, pour the oil into the chopped green onion, sauté the carrots and stir fry a few times.
4.
Add the broad beans and stir fry for a while.
5.
Add red pepper and stir fry until broken.
6.
Season with salted chicken essence.
7.
Serve ready to serve.
