Carrot and Egg Steamed Cake

Beat two eggs (you can only take the yolk for fear of allergies to eggs) and put them in the mixer.

Carrot slices, put in a blender, add water and egg yolk to make a paste.

Brush oil on the side wall of the container, spread greased paper on the bottom, pour in egg batter, add pork floss powder to taste,

Cover with plastic wrap, puncture pores on the surface, put it in a steamer, steam for 20 minutes, let cool and demould, and cut into pieces.
