Since childhood, I have often heard this nursery rhyme: "Carrot and horseshoe soup, everyone likes it." The children of our generation can also sing. The lyrics are singing this carrot horseshoe soup. I remember that this soup is often drunk, especially in the carrot and horseshoe season. My mother puts a big soup pot on the stove, and one pot is a big pot full. Because it used to burn wood, there is no need to worry about the expensive gas, so from the morning until noon, the aroma of the soup drifts around with the blowing wind. It is surrounded by a strong taste of carrot and horseshoe.

Compared with stir-frying, I am better at cooking soup, because we traditionally have no soup at every meal. Besides, drinking more soup is better for the stomach, and the complexion is more rounded. Haha~~ Because the casserole used to cook the soup was broken not long ago, I switched to rice cookers to cook the soup. The rice cooker is relatively more convenient. You can boil the water first, then put the soup in it, and keep it warm for about two hours. "

Ingredients

【carrot and Horseshoe Spare Rib Soup】-----a Regular Soup that Has Been Drunk Since Childhood

1. One spare rib.

2. Wash thoroughly and cut into small pieces.

3. Corn, carrots, horseshoe.

4. Peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes, cut the horseshoe into four halves, and chop the corn into small pieces. Cut the ginger into thin slices.

5. Add 3/4 of the water to the rice cooker. After boiling, pour all the ingredients into the cooker.

6. Open the lid in the middle and stir with a spoon, because horseshoes tend to stick to the bottom. After I boiled it for two hours, half of the soup was left, so I adjusted it to keep warm. Just add salt when eating.

7. Remember to let it cool when you eat, so as not to get hot. I can't drink hot soup even if I am impatient.
