Carrot and Yam Keel Stew Soup

The keel is blanched in a pot under cold water and then removed and washed for later use.

Peel the carrot and cut into pieces with a hob.
3.
After peeling the yam, cut into hob pieces.
4.
Put all the prepared ingredients into the stewing pot.
5.
Pour boiling water, put the stewing pot into the electric pressure cooker, pour water, cover and simmer for an hour.
6.
Just season with salt before serving.
