Carrot Beef

Prepare the seasoning.

Cut the beef into small pieces and soak in water for 1 hour.

Remove and dry, add cold water to a boil, skim off any blood foam.

Add green onion, ginger, grass fruit, cinnamon aniseed, bay leaves.

Add fermented bean curd, oyster sauce and salt in sweet noodle sauce [according to personal taste].

Put it in a pressure cooker, press for 30 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
7.
Wash the carrots, peel them and cut them into hob pieces.
8.
Turn on the pressure cooker to cool down.
9.
Add carrot pieces and cover the pot and press for 10 minutes.
