Carrot Buns

1. Carrots peeled and sliced

2. Steamed in the pot

3. Add white sugar to the flour

4. Yeast is melted with warm water

5. Put the yeast water into the flour

6. Carrots steamed and mashed

7. Add carrot puree to flour and stir

8. Knead into a smooth dough and leave for 1.5 hours

9. Fermented dough

10. Exhaust and knead into a smooth dough

11. Next-generation agent

12. Knead and wake up for another 20 minutes

13. Proof until it is twice as large and steam in the pot for 20 minutes, simmer for 5 minutes

Tips:

Carrots and warm water plus 270 grams of melting yeast are counted together! The steamed buns do not collapse after being simmered for 5 minutes.
The fermentation time is determined according to the temperature of each place.
