Crystal dumplings are a traditional Han Chinese noodle dish. Steamed, the taste is salty, fresh and spiced. The taste is rich, sweet and delicious. Carrot Crystal Dumplings

1. Add cooking wine, ginger slices, soy sauce, salt, and thirteen spices to the minced meat. Use chopsticks to beat the strength in the same direction

Tips:

If there is no chicken broth, you can mix chicken essence and hot water to make a stock. The water used for kneading must be boiled water.
