Carrot Egg Fried Rice

Wash the carrots and cut into small pellets for later use.
Prepare garlic for later use

Beat the eggs well and set aside

Stir garlic in the pan and stir-fry the carrots for 2 minutes

Add the rice, cut and press the rice with a spatula, flatten the pan

Immediately add the right amount of salt and chicken essence, cut and press, stir fry for 6 minutes

Add the egg mixture and stir fry for 2 minutes

Add the chopped green onion, stir fry for a while, then lift the pot.
Tips:
Add the right amount of salt as soon as possible after the rice is in the pot, so that it tastes evenly.
It is not recommended to use salt water, the fried rice is sticky and not fragrant.
It is recommended to fry in a non-stick pan.
