Carrot Fried Noodles

1. Soak the vermicelli in boiling water for 10 minutes first, and then control the water after cooling it over.

2. Shred carrots, dry chilies, and green chilies.

3. After the oil is hot, add carrots, dried chilies, and stir fry for about 1 minute, add vermicelli, add green chilies, salt, light soy sauce, and sugar, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

4. I use authentic sweet potato vermicelli. The sweet potato vermicelli is different, so the taste will be greatly reduced.
