Carrot Green Pepper Egg Cake

Tips:
Different brands of flour have different water absorption properties. Add water as appropriate. Don't pour too much. If the batter does not turn well in the pan, it means that the batter is too thick. Add a little water and stir it before frying. On the contrary, if the batter is thin, add less flour and mix well.
