Carrot Meal Buns

Cut 60g carrots into small pieces, add 50g water, and put them in a big cup. Use a food processor to make carrots and put them into the dough. Add the carrots and knead until the dough can pull out a thick film. Add softened ones. In the butter, continue to knead the dough until the film can be pulled out, then round it up and put it in the basin. Cover with plastic wrap to ferment and take out the fermented dough and knead it evenly

Divide the kneaded dough into 4 large (48g) and 4 small (24g). Then knead and cover with plastic wrap and relax for 10 minutes. Take a large dough and roll it into an oval shape. Place an appropriate amount of honey red beans from the left. The right one is rolled up to tighten the opening and tidy it up a bit

Take a small dough, roll it into an oval shape, cut three openings with scissors, put a little flour in the center of the cut openings, and then put it together with the big dough to form a radish shape, then cover with plastic wrap and leave it to ferment for 20 minutes. Use scissors to cut 3 openings on the left and right sides. Use a sieve to sieve some high powder and put it into the preheated oven at 175 degrees, the middle layer, about 15 minutes
Tips:
1. Pay attention to the temperature, if the surface is colored to a satisfactory level in the middle, turn down the heat or cover the surface with a layer of tin foil to prevent the surface from burning!
2. The middle filling can also be replaced with your favorite.
