Carrot Meatballs

Prepare the ingredients. Carrots, minced pork, eggs, dried shrimps, shiitake mushrooms, fried rice noodles.

Carrots are finely diced, shiitake mushrooms are soaked and finely diced, coriander is cut into small pieces, dried shrimps are washed and cut into small pieces.

Put all the ingredients in a basin and add a little salt condiment.

Pour in the frying powder, don't add it all at once, wait until it's mixed well, then add it as appropriate. Add a little flour, it will be better.

Mix well.

Heat oil in the pan, knead the mixed meat into meatballs, and fry them in the oil pan over low heat.
