Carrot Mousse

Wash the two carrots first and cut them into suitable size pieces

Put it in the cooking machine and make a juice, the dregs are optional~ (I still didn’t filter)

Add 100g of yogurt and stir

Add honey, warm it up a little, and mix well

After adding the gelatin powder, put it in the microwave oven on high heat for a while, let the gelatin powder melt completely

Stir evenly, put it in the warm water basin to keep warm

120g refrigerated overnight whipped cream, add 10g granulated sugar, and beat until there are lines

Then mix with carrot gelatin liquid evenly

Cut the 6-inch cake made before

Put it in a 6-inch mold and add a part of the mousse liquid

Cover with another slice of cake

Pour in the remaining mousse, flatten the surface, and keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
