Recently I have been facing a lot of computers, and my eyes are a bit dry. At the same time, it is said that spring is a good time to nourish the liver and protect the eyes.
Haha, it's not like scrambled eggs with toon or leeks as you imagined, it's a delicious-looking snack-carrot mousse! "

Ingredients

Carrot Mousse

1. Wash the two carrots first and cut them into suitable size pieces

2. Put it in the cooking machine and make a juice, the dregs are optional~ (I still didn’t filter)

3. Add 100g of yogurt and stir

4. Add honey, warm it up a little, and mix well

5. After adding the gelatin powder, put it in the microwave oven on high heat for a while, let the gelatin powder melt completely

6. Stir evenly, put it in the warm water basin to keep warm

7. 120g refrigerated overnight whipped cream, add 10g granulated sugar, and beat until there are lines

8. Then mix with carrot gelatin liquid evenly

9. Cut the 6-inch cake made before

10. Put it in a 6-inch mold and add a part of the mousse liquid

11. Cover with another slice of cake

12. Pour in the remaining mousse, flatten the surface, and keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
