Carrot Noodles

Prepare the ingredients, wash and peel the carrots.

Cut the carrots into small pieces.

Squeeze the juice with a juicer, weigh 90 grams of carrot juice to make noodles.

Put flour, salt, eggs, and carrot juice in a deep basin.

Knead it into a dry noodle, don't need to knead it smoothly, it will naturally slip if you press it a few times.

Begin to press the noodle with the thickest 7-level, and press the noodle twice for the first time. Pack the dry powder in the bowl into the noodle block, and then put it into the noodle press to press the noodle. After pressing twice, there is no dry powder.

Then divide all the dough pieces into 4 equal parts, each weighing about 115 grams.

Press the dough for each dough separately, the order is to use the 7th gear first, then the 6th gear, the 5th gear, the 4th gear, and finally the 3rd gear. Repeat pressing the surface several times for each gear, fold it in half after pressing it once, and press it a second time until the surface is neat and smooth.

Before cutting, sprinkle rich powder on the front and back of the dough.

Then cut the noodles with thin noodles.

Tips:
1. The amount of liquid in this formula is enough, whether it is high-gluten flour or rich-strength flour, no matter what brand of flour is used.
