Carrot Omelette

Shred carrots and finely chop green onions.

Beat the eggs, add a small amount of water (about 30-40 ml), and mix well.

Add flour.

Mix well, add appropriate amount of salt, spicy fresh and pepper.

Add the shredded carrots and chopped green onions.

Stir well.
7.
Add a small amount of oil to the pot, pour the batter and spread it out.
8.
Turn over after the bottom layer has solidified.
9.
Fry until slightly yellow and slightly burnt on both sides.
Tips:
In the fourth step of stirring the batter, be sure to stir all the flour to avoid particles.
