Carrot Shredded Boiled Meatballs

Main and auxiliary ingredients: radish, minced beef

Wash and shred the radish, soak for 10 minutes to remove the spiciness.

Add a little salt, pepper, and chopped green onions to the minced beef.

Stir thoroughly in one direction until the minced beef is strong and lumps.

Boil water in a pot and add concentrated stock.

Add the shredded radish and cook for about 5 minutes.

Season with beef powder and a little salt.

Squeeze the beef balls with your hands.

Take it out with a spoon and put it in the pot.

Do it all in turn.

Cook on low heat for 2 minutes, the meatballs will be fully cooked, turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl.

Sprinkle a little chopped green onion and serve.
Tips:
1. There is no concentrated broth, you can use water, but the taste is worse.
2. It is also good to sprinkle the coriander at the end.
