Carrot Soup

The hoof is first scraped off the pig skin with a knife and then washed

Peel the radish, wash and cut into pieces

Prepare sliced ginger and chopped green onion

Scoop up the pot and wash it under cold water

Add hoof and ginger slices to the casserole, add water to soak the ingredients

When the fire is bubbling, turn on and add the cooking wine

Clear the froth

Cover and turn to low heat for one and a half hours

Then open and add the radish, cover, bring to a boil, then turn to medium and low heat for 20 minutes

Add salt to taste and turn off the heat

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
Tips:
1. Scrape the hoof skin first with a knife to remove dirt and grease in the epidermis
2. Turnips are easy to cook, and finally add them to avoid muddy water in the soup.
3. This soup is delicious, I didn't add chicken essence.
