Carrot Whole Grain Bean Paste

1. Mix all the noodles together. If you want to eat delicate and dislike coarse grains, increase the amount of white noodles and reduce the amount of miscellaneous grains.

2. Yeast is dissolved in warm water and left for 5 minutes

3. Stir the chopped carrots into the noodles

4. Knead the noodles. The noodles with many grains are more difficult to knead. I don’t like shaping, so be patient, then ferment, and send it to twice the size

5. Prepare the red bean paste while fermenting

6. Red bean paste

7. Take the dough and knead it for a while, take a small piece and press it into a round cake by hand. It is more difficult to roll out, but it is not easy to shape, but it is also sticky.

8. Put in the red bean paste

9. Close the mouth and squash, round the mouth down

10. The one with honey beans on it is one type, the other one is bean paste filling, and there is a knife to cut buns~

11. Steaming in a hot pot on cold water for 20 minutes, depending on the size of the fire and the size of the bean paste buns, the time is five minutes longer than normal steamed buns.

12. Simmer for five minutes after steaming

13. Lay out

14. This is honey bean

15. The organization of this coarse grain is really not delicate haha, but it tastes different

16. Steamed buns~
