Carrots and Cauliflower Stir-fried Thousand Page Tofu

Ingredients: Cauliflower (broken into small flowers and washed), Thousand-page tofu, carrots (washed and peeled and sliced), chives

Put the thousand-page tofu on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Boil the cauliflower and carrots in a pot of water until they are cooked and tender.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut thousand-page tofu, blanched cauliflower, and carrots and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.
7.
Season and stir well, put the chives in.
