Carrots and Shiitake Gluten

Wash fresh shiitake mushrooms and carrots and slice them

Put the shiitake mushrooms in a frying pan and stir fry quickly

Stir-fry with carrots and put in the gluten that has been squeezed out

Add salt, add sugar

Add balsamic vinegar and stir fry evenly, add some chicken essence and sprinkle some chopped green onion before boiling
Tips:
I will poke a hole in the gluten first, then wet it with water and then squeeze it dry, so that when you stir fry, you don't need to add water to the dish. It's best to put it directly in the water and boil it!
