Carrots and String Beans

Ingredients: lean meat, string beans, carrots, dried mushrooms, fungus

Soak the mushrooms and fungus in advance to soften the carrots and kidney beans and dice them

Wash the lean meat and shiitake mushrooms and dice separately

Heat up a pan, put a proper amount of oil, add the diced meat and stir-fry for a while

Tips:
The diced meat is cooked directly without marinating, because the diced area is small and it will not be old. The portion of the dishes is not much. I like to fry them in a pan. I can pick up the whole body of the pan and toss the fry ingredients. It cooks quickly and tastes more even.
