Simple and quick cold dishes, so simple that even the sauce is readily available.

Carrots Mixed with Fragrant Dried

1. Cut carrots into thin strips;

2. Carrots, fragrant dried, soaked black fungus are blanched in boiling water;

3. Blanched dried fragrant slices;

4. Shred the black fungus and put it on the dried tofu;

5. The carrot shreds are put together in the tray;

6. Prepare a bag of large mixed vegetable sauce;

7. Pour the sauce on the dish, sprinkle a little white sesame seeds and mix well.
