The beetroot is peeled and cut into pieces (beetroot is not only red, but also yellow, please choose when buying). If you can't buy beetroot, you can use red yeast rice powder or red heart dragon juice instead. The juice of beetroot is very easy to stain. It is very difficult to clean when it is stained on clothes, so you must be careful when cutting, not to stain on clothes.

Start making noodles, add 1g instant yeast to 300g all-purpose flour, 10g sugar (I suggest you choose instant yeast, most of the common ones on the market are instant yeast, you can look for instant yeast printed on the package)
10.
Slowly add the spinach juice, and stir while adding. 300g of flour requires about 150-160g of spinach juice (different brands of flour have different water absorption properties, so you can judge the state of the dough yourself)
11.
When you can hardly see the dry flour in the bowl, you can start kneading
12.
After the dough is formed, transfer it to the chopping board to continue kneading until the surface of the dough is smooth, wrap it in plastic wrap and set aside
13.
300g all-purpose flour, add 1g instant yeast, 10g sugar, add 160-170g pumpkin puree, knead it into a yellow dough and wrap it in plastic wrap for later use
14.
Add 1g instant yeast to 300g all-purpose flour and 10g sugar. Because the starch content of purple sweet potato is higher, you need 180-190g purple sweet potato paste for 300g flour. Knead it into a purple dough and wrap it in plastic wrap for later use.

The dough has been ready for almost 30 minutes, and you can start sculpting after touching the dough with your hands a little bit.
18.
Piggy: A small ball of red dough, knead it into a few small balls, and knead it into an oval shape. If your hands are sticky, you can sprinkle some dry powder to prevent sticking. After pressing it flat, use a pointed chopstick or a bamboo stick to press out the pig’s nose
19.
Let's make another small red dough, press it flat and use a rolling pin to roll it into a piece of dough. Use scissors to cut out a small triangle. Fold up the two corners of the triangle with chopsticks to make pig ears.
20.
Take a smaller red ball and roll it into one with long slender ends, which is a pig's tail.
21.
Take some white dough and knead it into a white flour ball. Dip the pig ears with a little water and stick it on the white flour ball. Spread a little water on the dough and stick the pig's nose with a little water. Dip a little water on the back of the dough to stick the pig tail and make a circle.
22.
You can use black sesame seeds directly for the eyes, or take a small piece of white dough, add edible bamboo charcoal powder to make it black, and knead it into thin strips. Divide into small dough with a scraper and make rounds. Dip water into the white dough with chopsticks. Position, and then use chopsticks to stick the small black dough on the pig’s eyes
23.
Banana: A small ball of white dough is rolled into a small ball, rolled into a long strip, with pointed ends
24.
Flatten a small ball of yellow dough, roll it into an oval dough sheet, wrap the white dough in it, like a dumpling, stick the edges together, rub both ends slightly, and use your fingers to pinch out the four edges and corners.
25.
After making the three bananas according to this method, put them together, wrap the handles of the bananas with a small ball of yellow oval pancake and stick them together
26.
For a more realistic effect, you can put some cocoa powder on the banana stem and the body of the banana. Spread the cocoa powder evenly on the back of your hand and then spread it on the banana.
27.
Eggplant: The purple dough is rolled into a ball, one end is a little bit sharp
28.

33.
Dip a little water on the larger end of the strawberry. The strawberry leaves stick to the top. This is also different from the eggplant leaves. If you want to be more realistic, you can use pointed chopsticks to dip a little bit of water and dip a piece of white sesame on the strawberry. Body
34.
Pods: Take three white dough and knead into three small balls
35.
Knead the green dough and flatten it, roll it out into an oval dough sheet, fold the dough sheet in half, use scissors to cut a notch on the folded side, and then unfold it, put three white balls inside, and spread it on the edge of the dough sheet. Make a circle of water and re-wrap the pods
36.
Pineapple: yellow dough, knead it into an oval ball and gently flatten it
37.
Knead the small green dough into a strip, roll it out into a strip of dough, and cut it into a zigzag shape with scissors
38.
Enclose the yellow dough with the zigzag shape facing up, and use a triangular stick or bamboo stick to print a diamond pattern on the yellow dough
39.
Steamed buns: brush oil on the steaming rack or pad steamer cloth, put the buns on top, pay attention to reserve a space for expansion of each bun
40.
Steam the steamer directly from cold water for 12-15 minutes (or use cold water if you use a steamer). Don’t open the lid immediately after steaming. You can simmer for 30 seconds to 1 minute. The way to judge the success of the steamed buns is steamed buns. After finishing, lightly press the steamed bun and it will rebound, which is a qualified steamed bun~
Tips:
1. Today I made a total of 6 shapes for your reference. If you make them at home, it is best to make 1-2 shapes at a time, because the dough has been fermented during the dough making process. If you make it for the first time, I suggest that you don't be greedy to do too many styling~
2. After being steamed, it can be frozen and stored for 1-2 months. Each time you eat, steam for 10-15 minutes.
