Man Bao has liked to eat all kinds of steamed cakes and rice cakes since he was a child.

The rice noodles are made by themselves with a grinder, and you can eat fresh at any time.

Ingredients

Cartoon Pumpkin Rice Cake Spongebob

1. I don’t have rice noodles at home. I use a rice grinder for cooking. If you are afraid of trouble, you can buy ready-made rice noodles directly in the supermarket or online.

2. Grind into rice noodles, filter with a sieve, and continue to grind the coarse rice grains. The rice noodles are very fragrant~

3. Pumpkin peeled and steamed for 15 minutes

4. Use a grinding bowl to twist into pumpkin puree

5. Put the pumpkin puree into a large bowl and sift the rice flour

6. Yeast powder is melted with 10 grams of warm water (not more than 35 degrees).

7. Sprinkle the yeast water evenly into the rice flour and start stirring.

8. Add appropriate amount of warm water and stir into a batter state (I usually add 50 grams of water, the water absorption of rice noodles is different, and some pumpkins have more water, and there is no fixed amount)

9. Wrap the stirred batter with plastic wrap and let it stand for 30 minutes. (The temperature is best to be around 30 degrees, the low temperature takes longer)

10. Ready to make the mold, brush the inner wall with cooking oil for easy demolding

11. Pour in the proofed batter, 1/2 position. After pouring, it can be allowed to wake up for another 20 minutes.

12. Steamed for about 20 minutes, I covered a layer of oil paper to prevent dripping too much water.

13. Steamed rice cakes will start a little bit more, but they will not double the size like steamed cakes. This is normal. Let it dry for a few minutes, and then release it directly.

14. The five sense organs are relatively clear and complete.

Tips:

This recipe is for children, so there is no powdered sugar in it, and it tastes only with a faint pumpkin scent.
If you eat it for adults, you can add an appropriate amount of powdered sugar, or add raisins, dried cranberries, the taste is very good~
