Casda Cranberry Bread

Put all dough materials except butter into the bread machine and run an IMIX program

After the program ends, add softened butter and run another IMIX program

Prove directly in the bread machine for one hour

Add crumbled cranberries to the custard sauce, stir well and freeze into a block

Take out the fermented dough, knead and vent, divide into 6 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes

Roll into a circle and put in a filling

Turn the dough upside down, and cut it with scissors or a knife.

Cover with plastic wrap at room temperature or put it in the oven to ferment for 30 minutes

After the fermentation is complete, take out the egg-coated liquid, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of sesame seeds in the middle of the bread

Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake at 180° for about 20 minutes
