Cashew Eggs

Ingredients: cashew nuts, eggs, green peppers, black fungus, green onions.

First process the cashews, turn on the fire, pour a small amount of oil into the pot, put the cashews in, and fry them slowly until golden brown.

Remove, put on a plate and let cool for later use.

Add water to the boiling pot, bring to a boil, add the black fungus to boil, remove.

Knock the egg into pieces, beat the egg mixture well, cut the green pepper into small pieces, and chopped the green onion.

Tips:
This dish is very simple, just need salt and chopped green onion to taste. Cashew nuts need to be processed and allowed to cool in advance to show their crispness. The black fungus has been blanched and does not require excessive frying.
