Cashew Shrimp

Wash the shrimps, add cooking wine, salt, water starch to marinate, sizing, and let stand for ten minutes.

Tips:
The shrimps are best to be peeled by themselves with shrimps bought in the market. Remove the cashews from deep-fried until they change color, otherwise they will turn black.
