I bought a big fish head for more than 3 kilograms, which is too big to burn in a pot, so half of it was braised and half of soup!

Casserole Fish Head Soup

1. Clean the fish heads you bought back

2. Put ginger and garlic in a frying pan and sauté

3. Add the fish head and fry it thoroughly on 2 sides

4. Fortified wine

5. add water

6. With salt

7. Boil

8. Change to the casserole

9. Add some goji berries

10. Water gluten

11. Stew together until the fish eyes are prominent, sprinkle some pepper and chopped green onion.

Tips:

You must fry the fish heads and add boiling water to make the soup white!
