1.
Wash the fish offal, remove the water, put it in a basin, put an appropriate amount of salt, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.
2.
While boiling the water, put an appropriate amount of oil in the frying pan. When the temperature of the oil rises, add the onion and ginger, stir fry for a few times, and then add the fish offal.
3.
Fry until one side changes color and then turn over and fry until both sides change color.
4.
Put the fried fish offal into a casserole where the water has already been boiled, and then add an appropriate amount of boiling water to cover all the ingredients.
5.
When the water in the pot is boiled again, use a spoon to skim off the foam, cover the casserole and simmer on medium-low heat for about 40 minutes.
6.
Cut the tofu into thick slices.
7.
Open the lid, add tofu, add cooking wine, stir well and continue to cover and stew.
8.
After continuing to simmer for about 20 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt and white pepper.
9.
10 grams of green onions, cut into chopped green onions, wash goji berries.
10.
Add chopped green onion and wolfberry, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Tips:
1. The casserole heats up slowly, so the fire should not be too low when stewing, as it will not be easy to stew milky white soup.
2. The cooking wine is too early to be volatile, just add it after adding tofu.
