Delicious Fish Meal

Wash and cut peppers and other condiments

Put ginger in the hot oil from the pan, add the fish and fry until golden. Add the fish offal and fry for a while. Add salt, chilli and cold water to completely submerge the fish. Bring to a boil on high heat (be careful not to turn the fish) and simmer for 15 minutes with a little soup. It's ready to be out of the pan, add chicken essence and garlic one by one, and finally add pepper to make it out of the pan

Boil boiling water, soak hot rice noodles for later use

Just drizzle the cooked fish soup on the rice noodles 😊
